• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) created automatically when you load the Site, used for security and to keep the Site running.
• Analytics data: via Google Analytics, we collect approximate location, device/browser type, and pages visited to understand traffic on the Site.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

We process contact-form data to respond to you and, where relevant, to enter into or perform a contract with you. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website. Where required by law, we rely on your consent (for example, non-essential cookies).

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the Site, who process data on our behalf:

maxiftw.com uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure traffic. A light/dark mode preference is also stored locally on your device (not sent to us) and is not a cookie.
