- A hookah lounge ran on paper, memory and loose regulars, with no way to reward the guests who keep coming back.
- What I built
- A point-of-sale and loyalty system, and the guest-facing web app at smt.cy. Guests join the loyalty club on their phone, collect one stamp per shisha, and move from Guest to Regular as their card fills. Offices join as Corporate with a promo code. It installs from the browser to the home screen, so there is no app store, no download and no card to lose.
